Tavarus Johnson, developed his passion for real estate at an early age. He graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA with a degree in Business Management. He graduated from Barney & Fletcher School of Real Estate to become a licensed agent for GA. Having closed his first three transactions within 6 months many began to see he chose the right profession.

Connecting home buyers and sellers in the metropolitan Atlanta area, Tavarus focuses on the outcome for his clients. Tavarus does not declare success until his clients declare success and he will work diligently towards that result. Because satisfied and happy clients is all that matters to Tavarus.

This longevity and confidence comes from his real estate services to many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps him productive and successful. 

As a full service North Atlanta real estate professional, he works with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.

Residential Single Family – His residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and he does it with professionalism and a total dedication to his clients. This property type is the majority of his market transactions, but by far not the only one in which he has expertise.

Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and he is an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Multi–family – Investors are great clients for him. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.

Commercial – Whether it’s a shopping mall, a small office building or a restaurant space, he is your commercial property specialist. Tavarus Johnson, Real Estate Professional, is an Atlanta native and a Southern Polytechnic State University graduate from the College of Business. Tavarus grew up loving homes, interior design, landscaping and neighborhoods, and wanted to help as many people as he could.
